Job Description:
Liro Group, a distinguished leader in providing advanced
engineering, construction management, sustainability, and
technology solutions, is seeking a detail-oriented and skilled
Project Officer II / III to join our project management team in
Syosset, NY. This role is crucial to the successful execution and
delivery of key urban infrastructure projects in various sectors.
The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring project
excellence and client satisfaction through effective coordination
and management of project activities. Coordinate project activities
across different teams to ensure timely and efficient project
execution. Monitor and report on project progress to senior project
managers routinely. Assist in the development and refinement of
project plans and schedules. Manage project documentation, ensuring
all necessary materials are current, properly filed, and stored.
Communicate with stakeholders to clarify project requirements and
specifications. Monitor compliance with applicable codes,
practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards, and
specifications. Participate in and facilitate meeting discussions
between project stakeholders. Identify potential project risks and
assist with implementing mitigation strategies. Strong project
management and coordination skills. Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project
management software such as MS Project or AutoCAD. Ability to
interpret construction-related drawings, blueprints, and technical
documents. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Capability
to manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal
supervision. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance
Life Insurance 401k Certified Associate in Project Management
(CAPM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is
preferred. Membership in relevant professional organizations such
as PMI (Project Management Institute) is advantageous.
