Job Description Job Description Commercial Litigation Associate Commercial Litigation Associate Position Overview We are an AM law firm seeking a skilled 3rd-6th year Commercial Litigation Associate to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial litigation and a passion for navigating complex legal disputes. This role involves representing clients in various commercial matters and providing strategic legal advice to ensure favorable outcomes. Key Responsibilities - Represent clients in commercial litigation cases, including trials and hearings - Draft and review legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements - Conduct legal research and analyze case law to support litigation strategies - Communicate with clients to keep them informed on case progress and developments - Collaborate with senior attorneys and other team members to develop case strategies - Attend mediations, arbitrations, and other dispute resolution proceedings - Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations impacting commercial litigation Qualifications - Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school - Admitted to the Delaware Bar - Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial litigation - Strong understanding of employment disputes, financial disputes, and corporate law - Proven ability to manage complex litigation cases - Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team Benefits - Medical, prescription drug, dental and vision coverage - Life insurance - Short and long-term disability - 401(k) - Health care and dependent care flexible spending accounts, and a health savings account - Firm subsidized emergency child and elder care services - Family and medical leave - Employee assistance program - Pre-tax transportation program - For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
