Services has an exciting opportunity with our Work Ready program as
a Lead Case Manager Aide . The Lead Case Manager Aide (Lead CMA)
plays a key role in supporting the daily operations of the Work
Ready program by coordinating administrative functions, ensuring
compliance with documentation standards, and facilitating
communication between Clinical Services Supervisors, CMAs, and
program leadership. This role is hybrid, based out of our Center
City Philadelphia office. Job Duties : Maintain a working knowledge
of TANF and the PA Department of Public Welfare regulations.
Network and establish working relationships with appropriate
personnel at the County Assistance Offices, Community Agencies,
Mental Health and Drug and Alcohol Organizations and other agencies
as needed. Provide mentorship and day-to-day guidance to Case
Manager Aides, ensuring adherence to program policies,
documentation standards, and participant service protocols.
Coordinate and facilitate CMA team meetings to review workflow,
address challenges, and promote consistency across processes.
Assist in onboarding of new CMAs and facilitating refresher
sessions on data entry, case note standards, and referral
procedures. Maintain integrity of all needed updates for CMA
documents, and communicating what’s working/what’s not working
within CMA teams to leadership In absence of Case Coordinator,
accompany clients to necessary appointments and conduct home visits
as needed. Provide on-going support and back up to Case
Coordinator. Complete case management/counseling sessions in
absence of Case Coordinator. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications : Associate degree and a minimum of 2 years of human
service or case management experience Ability to problem solve and
collaborate with a variety of customers in the Welfare to Work
Industry required Proficient in MS Office applications (especially
MS Word and Excel). Willingness to learn JEVS specific database and
CWDS. The base pay for this position ranges from $34,000 to $46,500
and will vary based on factors such as skills and experience. Base
pay is one part of the Total Compensation that JEVS Human Services
