Nurse will: Implement the nursing process to deliver patient care.
Maintain professional accountability for the care provided to
assigned patients. Assess the overall effectiveness of care
delivered by other caregivers. Coordinate patient care in
collaboration with various departments. Uphold patient rights and
ensure confidentiality of patient information. Perform all duties
in alignment with our mission, values, and service standards.
Qualifications: Education: Must have graduated from an accredited
nursing program (Associate’s Degree, Diploma, or BSN). Licensure:
Responsible for obtaining and maintaining a current RN license in
the state of employment and must comply with all state nursing
board requirements. Certifications: Basic Life Support
certification from the American Heart Association or completion of
the course within 30 days of hire. Additional certifications may be
required based on the specific unit or position, including but not
limited to: ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) NRP (Neonatal
Resuscitation Program) ENPC (Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course)
TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) CPHON (Certified
Pediatric/Hematology/Oncology Nurse) OCN (Oncology Certified Nurse)
BLS (Basic Life Support) PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
PEARS (Pediatric Assessment Recognition and Stabilization)
S.T.A.B.L.E. (Sugar, Temperature, Airway, Blood Pressure, Lab Work,
And Emotional Support) Six Assessment & Care Modules - C-EFM (Fetal
Monitor Certification) Other unit-specific certifications as
necessary. Physical Requirements: Ability to regularly push, pull,
or lift up to 50 lbs. Prolonged standing and walking are required
during shifts. Capability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and
