The Service Technician is responsible for providing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, or arranging for repairs of equipment and all operating systems. The ideal candidate would be a reliable self-starter who is able to work autonomously, has a mix of mechanical and technical skills and takes initiative and has pride in their work. Must have excellent attention to detail and strong customer service. This is an opportunity for a long term position and to join a growing company. Responsibilities Perform highly diversified duties to repair, install, and maintain petroleum equipment other related devices Execute mechanical skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems Perform preventative maintenance on equipment Complete service requests and maintenance repair items in a timely manner and ensures all requests are handled in a professional manner Assure compliance with appropriate safety practices and procedures according to applicable federal, state, and local codes, regulations and requirements Troubleshoot various types of equipment, able to make repairs as needed Utilize various testing devices, multiple hand, and power tools related to the job Maintain tools and equipment to ensure all are in proper and safe working order Any other duties or responsibilities, as assigned Requirements and Skills Will maintain a valid driver’s License as well as a clean driving record High School diploma or equivalent Must be available for on-call rotation Experience with computer tasks such as software installation, installing hard drives, networks, routers, printers and other components Mechanical Aptitude Willing to work outside in all weather conditions Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills Demonstrates organization skills with the ability to successfully manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment Self-motivated, driven with a passion for excellence Compensation and Benefits 10 Paid Holidays Flexible Time Off 401(k) Company Match Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance HSA and FSA Disability & Occupational Accident Insurance Company-Paid Life Insurance Policy Employee Assistance Program (EAP) World-class paid training program for you to learn the skills for long term career success.
