Location: Crooked House | Cherry Hill, NJ 08034 Pay: $18.50 per
hour Job Type: Full-time Tuesday-Saturday 3pm-11pm We are seeking
individuals who are passionate about making a positive impact on
the lives of adolescents. Join our team as a Youth Support Worker
and together, we will continue providing a safe , supervised and
structured residential setting for at-risk adolescents. About Hope
Homes – Crooked House Hope Homes – Crooked House is dedicated to
providing a therapeutic environment that offers individualized care
and support to residents aged 14–21. Our professionals play a
crucial role in guiding adolescents through unique challenges,
empowering them to reach their full potential. We believe in

Provide direct care and support to up to five residents, including
supervision, meal preparation, and transportation to appointments
and activities. Assist in developing and implementing
individualized treatment plans for each resident. Collaborate with
team members to ensure consistent and effective delivery of
therapeutic care. Participate in staff meetings, training sessions,
and other career development activities. Maintain accurate and
complete resident records, including progress notes and incident

Qualifications: A high school or high school equivalency diploma
and one year of experience working with individuals with I/DD in a
group setting; OR An associate or bachelor’s degree from an
accredited college or university in a field that is unrelated to
social work or psychology and six months’ experience working with
individuals with I/DD in a group setting; OR An associate or
bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in
social work, psychology or a related field Other requirements: Must
be 21 years of age or older Possess a valid driver's license
Physical & Drug Screening, Criminal Record History, FBI, and Child
Abuse History Clearances The Ideal Youth Support Worker Possesses
strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building
meaningful relationships with residents, families, and team
members. Has knowledge and understanding of the unique needs and
challenges faced by individuals with autism, intellectual, and
developmental disabilities. Can assist with daily living activities
and implement behavior management strategies. Demonstrates
composure in challenging situations, exhibiting patience and
