Job Title: Lab Associate Location: 3737 Market Street, Suite
1300, Philadelphia 19104 Duration: 9-Month Contract (Potential for
Extension or Conversion) Pay Rate: $20.69 $27.59/hour (W2)

Overview The Drug Product Development team within the Process and
Technology Development organization at Client is seeking a highly
motivated Lab Associate to support early- and late-stage gene
therapy programs. Client is a recognized leader in advancing gene
therapy innovation and transforming patient care. As a key member
of the drug product development team, the Lab Associate will
contribute to formulation development, fill/finish process
development, analytical characterization, and cross-functional
collaboration to ensure successful progression of pipeline and
commercial products. Key Responsibilities Support formulation and
fill/finish process development for early- and late-stage gene
therapy programs, including: In-use and administration studies
Container closure systems Device and raw material evaluations
Contribute to commercial and life-cycle management projects as
needed. Design and execute studies related to formulation,
extractables & leachables (E&L), compatibility, and in-use
administration. Lead identification, design, and execution of
administration device studies (large molecule parenteral devices).
Perform analytical and biophysical characterization and
high-throughput formulation screening. Support downstream process
development activities to enable successful drug product and
formulation development. Collaborate with cross-functional teams
including Analytical Development, Drug Substance, CMC, and Clinical
teams. Prepare and present technical data, protocols, and reports.
Support internal and external manufacturing operations,
troubleshooting, and investigations. Ensure compliance with company
procedures, documentation standards, and good laboratory practices.
Time Allocation 70% Laboratory execution and experimental studies
20% Meetings, data analysis, and presentations 10% Writing and
reviewing protocols, reports, and technology transfer documentation
Education & Experience Bachelors degree (B.S.) in Biochemistry,
Pharmaceutics, Chemical Engineering, Material Science, Mechanical
Engineering, or a related field. 02 years of industry experience.
Preferred (not required): Experience in large molecule drug product
development (formulation and/or process). Knowledge of material
sciences or container closure and parenteral device development.

technical tools to address complex formulation and process
development challenges. Escalate critical decisions when necessary
while maintaining ownership of assigned tasks. Additional
Requirements Ability to lift up to 25 pounds. Ability to work in
laboratory and cleanroom environments. Must wear appropriate
cleanroom attire and required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
