A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Quality Control Associate in San
Diego, CA. The Quality Control Associate will be working for a
Fortune 500 company and has career growth potential. This is a

Quality Control Associate Compensation The pay for this position is
$28.00 per hour Benefits are available to full-time employees after
90 days of employment A 401(k) with a company match is available
for full-time employees with 1 year of service Quality Control
Associate Highlights This position is contract with potential to
hire permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business
needs 1st shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday
Interviews will be conducted in person Quality Control Associate
Responsibilities Perform routine, accurate, and timely QC testing
of samples according to protocols and operating procedures,
including flow cytometry Analyze data, report test results, and
complete all documentation and database entries Operate and
maintain laboratory equipment, calibrate as needed, and report
issues to supervisor Prepare lab supplies and assist with
laboratory maintenance Follow safety protocols and participate in
Environmental, Health & Safety programs Work independently and
prioritize daily workload Participate in cross-training and team
projects as required Perform other duties as assigned Quality
Control Associate Requirements BS/BA in a related scientific
discipline or related college coursework with minimum 2 years
biotech lab experience Experience in industrial or research
laboratory preferred Flow cytometry experience required; tissue
culture experience highly preferred Basic computer skills including
MS Excel and Word Knowledge of general laboratory safety and
compliance Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving
