Working with leading merchants as an out-sourced program management solution, we invest in a deep-rooted partnership to help our clients build a robust, profitable B2B gift card business by placing their gift cards in workplace safety programs, health and wellness programs, employee motivation and sales incentive programs, customer loyalty, and employee recognition programs. Title: Sales ExecutiveType: Full time positionBase pay: $45,000 Plus bonus tied to sales goal attainmentEstimated # of Weekly Hours: 40+Department: SalesReports to: Sales Manager Job SummaryResponsible for generating new customer sales as well as re-engaging existing customers. You will sell bulk gift cards as rewards and incentives to corporate customers, from prestigious brands such CVS and The Home Depot to The Cheesecake Factory. The Inside Sales Executive will be successful in maintaining, developing and growing business within GCP assigned market segments: supporting client accounts, and adding new GCP customers in support of GCP client brands. The role's core focus is identifying and closing new sales opportunities,while providing required account management.ResponsibilitiesProspecting & Sales for New Purchasers· Prospect for new purchasers through key industry contacts, publications, and social selling tools· Utilize LinkedIn social selling techniques to develop targeted prospect lists· Pursue new sales opportunities across GCP business segments: Direct Customer business for the direct market including incentive, loyalty, promotion, and fundraising (Scrip), and GCP targets industries such as health & wellness, employee safety, hospitality, entertainment, and others.· Meet monthly prospecting, lead generation, and net new client goals· Participate in weekly Sales Team calls to review sales results by client, review prospect pipeline, provide updated client information, and discuss any outstanding issues· Work with Marketing team to support messaging for solutions and customized outbound lead generation email campaigns and marketing materials· Perform outbound calling campaigns to outreach and target contact lists and close sales.· Follow up on GCP inbound leads generated from HubSpot campaigns to qualify, develop and close new sales opportunities· Fully learn and utilize SalesForce (CRM system) to track all prospecting and sales activitiesQualificationsCollege degree required.Minimum of 1-3 years of sales experience, verifiable success in sales quota attainmentExperience in the gift card/incentive industry preferredProven experience in prospecting and uncovering new client and customer opportunities and bringing them to closeProficiency in account management and customer relationsAbility to effectively communicate and interface with peers, GCP Leadership Family, clients, and customersExcellent organizational skills, able to set priorities, and be responsive to customer/client requestsHighly self-motivated and enthusiastic hunterMust demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Must be very proficient with Microsoft Office platform/Internet (Word, PowerPoint, Excel at a minimum)Proficient in use of CRM tools to track and manage prospecting and pipeline (SalesForce preferred)Must be able to work effectively in a virtual environment using online communication tools such as Zoom.us, Skype, and phone. --- Company DescriptionGiftCard Partners is one of the nation's largest developers of corporate Gift Card programs.
