Job Description:
A growing healthcare company in Brooklyn is seeking a full-time
Intake Representative to manage patient intake, qualify new leads,
and ensure a smooth, supportive onboarding experience. This
position blends strong customer service with a sales-oriented
approach, ideal for someone who is personable, detail-oriented, and
driven to succeed. Responsibilities Include: Answer and follow up
on incoming inquiries from prospective patients Qualify leads and
determine service eligibility Guide patients through the intake
process with professionalism and care Collect and verify patient
information and documentation Provide clear explanations of
services, processes, and next steps Follow up with leads to
increase conversion rates Coordinate with internal departments to
ensure seamless onboarding Ideal Qualifications: Prior experience
in intake, sales, or customer service in a healthcare setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills Sales-minded with the
ability to motivate and convert leads Highly organized and
detail-oriented Ability to handle sensitive information with
discretion and professionalism This is an excellent opportunity for
