Here's what you'll be doing:? Leasing residential and commercial
units to happy tenants Delivering top-notch customer service to
current and prospective tenants Conducting engaging tours, hosting
fun events, and managing seamless onboarding experiences Assisting
customers with a wide variety of needs—because every day is
different! Managing post-close administrative processes with
efficiency Developing and implementing creative marketing
strategies to boost traffic Educating customers on how to maximize
the benefits of our products and services Taking on new challenges
as they come—because flexibility is your middle name! We’re looking
for someone who checks these boxes: Reliable transportation to get
where you need to be Fair housing training and tax credit
experience are preferred Strong interpersonal and communication
