Responsible for generating prospects, providing insurance solutions, and supporting the client.Create and maintain prospect lists, through warm and cold calling, of potential clients.Identify clients' insurance needs, gaps in coverage, and potential premium savings.Obtain accurate information from prospects for comprehensive submissions to insurers. -Maintain concern for timeliness and accuracy when interacting with clients, agency, and company personnel.Work within a team structure to help provide clients with continued support even after sales cycle is completed. -Perform other duties that may be required or assigned by the supervisor.Requirements
4-year college degree preferred, or applicable work experience.Ability to work within a team atmosphere with a willingness to ask for and receive feedback at all levels.Able to effectively negotiate and stay pleasantly persistent despite rejection.Goal-orientation and excellent time management skills.Organizational skills and proficiency with PC and MS Office (Word and Excel).Self-management aptitude and drive to continuously learn.Strong oral and written communication skills.Benefits
