  • Handle customer account -inquiries and complaints
  • Take provided training to inform customers -about the products and services

  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services ----Qualifications for the Entry Level Sales Account Executive:
    • Previous experience in customer service, account management, or other related fields if possible but not required
