to: Client Service Representative Training Mentor Summary: Mount
Laurel Animal Hospital is looking for our first peer trainer for
our CSR training program! We are looking for a candidate who has
established expertise in client services and veterinary medicine.
Essential functions of the role include coordinating 90-day
training schedules for new hires, assisting with the development
and facilitation of classroom training curriculum, utilizing a
shadowing system for on-the-floor training and skills practice, and
promoting core values during new hire training period. They will be
able to provide meaningful feedback to their trainees in a timely
and compassionate manner. The CSR peer trainer will demonstrate a
positive and encouraging outlook for the entire team. They are
welcoming and approachable with a strong interest in teaching,
practice great communication skills, and will lead by example. This
is an on-the-floor training position. This role is in-person and
client-facing which regularly interacts with our general practice,
specialists, and emergency clients, doctors, and staff. We are
looking for talent with white glove customer service skills, who
can multitask, collaborate, and grow with our practice. We strive
to excel at customer service, delivering multifaceted solutions for
our clients and their pets. Responsibilities:Work collaboratively
with the CSR Supervisors to implement the day-to-day aspects of
training protocols.Provide both hands on and didactic training that
allows employees a standardized system for advancement.Helps
create, maintain, and update all CSR SOP's.Assist in training new
hires and mentor existing staff during leveling
processes.Facilitates working interviews and proctors new hire
assessments.Provides input for 30-60-90-day reviews to CSR
Supervisors for all new hires.Work directly on the floor with staff
to ensure proficiency is obtained in all required skills.Aid staff
in completing skills list and sign off on skills when they master
each task.Flexible to cover positions of staff members so they can
attend required CE.Attend CE given by fellow training mentors to
keep current with hospital protocols and to provide self-growth and
development.Actively learning and ensuring personal growth in areas
of leadership and mentorship.Develop monthly training objectives
specific to new equipment, a change in protocol, etc. and ensure
compliance.Promote CE participation and ensure training is up to
date for each employee.Attend and participate in recruitment
efforts at area technical schools.Identify and coach staff who will
assist in the execution of training initiatives.
Skills/Qualifications j- Experience and Education:Candidates must
be organized, possess strong interpersonal skills, have a high
attention to detail, a desire to share knowledge, and excellent
time management skills. 3-5yrs of veterinary experience and
customer service experience is required.Education or experience in
veterinary technology, accounting (A/R), and/or customer service
preferred.Knowledge of computerized patient information and billing
systems preferred.Working knowledge of medical terminology and
medical math preferred.Strong computer literacy with proven
expertise in Microsoft and Google programs; prior knowledge of or
ability to learn ezyVet veterinary practice software. Compensation
