About the RoleAs the NorthEast Regional Sales Director (RSD),
you will be an experienced, growth oriented business professional
with demonstrated ability to proactively create, cultivate and
enhance relationships with current and potential customers
throughout the NorthEast. You will ultimately be responsible for
the sales results within the region and leading a field sales and
support team. As the ideal RSD, you will be an exceptionally
creative and well-organized salesperson, as well as an excellent
leader and critical thinker. In this position you will also be
expected to:
- Sustain and extend our highly effective, dynamic, team oriented
culture
- Ensure the achievement of assigned personal and team business
targets.
- Mentor and coach the region's field sales team towards actions
and initiatives that result in productive territory growth and
increased market share among Brivo's reseller channel.
- Create and enhance relationships with Brivo largest
end-users.
- Management of assigned resources to produce the business
results, employee engagement and customer satisfaction
objectives.
- Ensure the team's continued professional development and
organize onboarding for new team members
- Develop and monitor metrics to measure performance and quotas
and manage the sales forecast with your team in SalesforceAbout You
- 8+ years of direct sales experience preferably within the
security industry, SaaS, software sales, or information
security.
- 5+ years of sales management experience leading channel sales
professionals
- Demonstrated track record of success meeting assigned sales
quotas on a consistent basis.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate
effectively with management and cross-functional teams for both
technical and non-technical audiences.
- Present ideas, expectations and information in a concise,
professional and well organized manner.
