Overview: LRP Media Group has an opening for a Hybrid Inside
Sales Representative to own their full sales cycle process through
a consultative sales approach while building relationships with new
and existing customers. This sales position will sell
state-of-the-art web-based products to school districts and other
educational organizations. Our Inside Sales Professionals receive a
competitive base plus uncapped commissions. Typical earnings
between $50K-$65K in first years. Hybrid schedule is typically one
day per week in the physical office for meetings, training, and
various departmental collaboration, however initial training will
require the first two weeks in the physical office.
Daily outbound telephone interaction with our database of customers
and prospects through initial and follow up calls to generate new

that fit the needs of the customers
Deliver product presentations in a professional and effective
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Maintain and update customer database (CRM) and other pipeline
tracking reports (Excel)
Experience as a sales professional in an outbound B2B environment
with a proven track record of results and achieving goals
Ability to work the set hybrid schedule in the Horsham, PA
Ability to occasionally travel domestically to customers and trade
Strong PC skills, including MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
