For more info and inspiration, visit www.kamstrup.com A Position Where You'll Be on The Frontlines of Providing Turnkey "Customer-Centric" Solutions to Customers that Expect the BestKamstrup is seeking a Regional Market Sales Manager for its Northeast/Great Lakes territory. In this remotely based role, you'll be responsible for growing sales to municipalities ranging between 30,000 and 100,000 service connections. You'll serve as the interface between the service and support teams and the marketplace. You are expected to create new and long-term business relationships with the portfolio of assigned clients. Boots on the ground is key to success in this position and you need to be comfortable with traveling up to 80% travel. You will be invited to join the team for quarterly meetings in the US HQ in Atlanta and travel to Group HQ in Denmark once to twice per year.What You'll Be Doing---more specifically:* Manage a portfolio of target accounts to achieve long-term success* Formulate strategies for maximizing Kamstrup's sales potential* Develop and implement account plans to maximize the value of the account* Maintain a list of target accounts in CRM* Develop exceptional knowledge of every account's issues, goals, and needs* Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth* Build solid relationships with the account stakeholders* Position Kamstrup for sales opportunities by influencing specifications* Oversee the internal proposal development process ensuring proposals meet prospect's key needs and requirements* Set and track sales account target activity* Meet and exceed budgeted sales goals* Maintain a solid understanding of the marketplace and Kamstrup's key clients* Prepare and submit reports to the Manager, Market Sales* Participate in strategic work and in ad hoc tasks initiated by sales management* Travel to US HQ at least two (2) to four (4) times per year and to Group HQ in Denmark at least one (1) to two (2) times per yearWhat We Expect from YouYour Personality will Matter:The right person for this role will be proactive, goal oriented, entrepreneurial and business savvy with a big dose of competitiveness striving to be the best you can be.
