A successful candidate must be able to follow shop work instructions, use hand tools and read tape measures.The Production Technician must exhibit the behaviors of the WireCo Business System (WBS):

  • Ability to maintain production schedules to meet customer demand.
  • Maintaining quality standards during production with ability to follow work instructions.

  • Performs any duties as may be assigned including being cross trained in other departments.
  • Assists in other departments as needed.
  • Ability to work within our Inventory Control System.1st shift, 7:00am to 3:00pm M-F, OT availableStarting pay $21/hour+ Monthly incentive payments after 90-day probationary periodQualificationsRequired Qualifications
    • High School Diploma or GED required
    • Being able to lift 30 pounds is the requirement but we would like people who can lift 50 pounds.
    • Ability to understand verbal and written instructions
    • Good math aptitude
    • Work in a group environment

      • Standard office equipment including computer, mouse, keyboard, telephone, multifunction copierAdditional Information
        • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction.

        • Must be willing and able to pass a post-offer drug screen and physical (if required)
