Job Description:
Summary:Looking for 10+ years experience, able to work
independently and machine aptitude
1st shift position with heavy hands on manufacturing machine
repairPay up to $40 per hour with some OT as neededDescription:We
are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Maintenance
Technician to play a vital role in ensuring the efficient operation
of our facilities. In this role, you will be responsible for a wide
range of tasks, including preventative maintenance,
troubleshooting, repairs, and overseeing the work of junior
technicians.Responsibilities:Perform preventative maintenance on a
variety of equipment and machinery, adhering to established
schedules and procedures.Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment
malfunctions, effectively pinpointing the root cause of
problems.Conduct repairs on electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic
systems, ensuring they meet safety and quality standards.Oversee
the work of junior technicians, providing guidance and
mentorship.Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities,
including repairs, parts replacements, and labor hours.Stay
up-to-date on the latest technologies and best practices in
maintenance and repair.Identify opportunities for improvement in
maintenance procedures and implement them.Ensure a safe and clean
work environment by adhering to all safety
protocols.Qualifications:Minimum of 5 years of experience as a
Maintenance Technician or related field.Strong understanding of
mechanical and electrical systems.Proven ability to troubleshoot
and repair complex equipment.Excellent problem-solving and
analytical skills.Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork
skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a
team.Proficient in the use of computerized maintenance management
systems (CMMS) a plus.Valid driver's license and a clean driving
record.
