growth. Value Chain AnalystThe Value Chain Analyst will play an
essential role in transforming the way that BBU's supply chain
operates. You will be a part of a team that will create the new
supply chain operating model resulting in tremendous improvements
in service, safety, and cost performance. This position demands a
balance between technical and leadership skills.
You will be assigned to perform detailed analyses and documentation
of a process' current state along with determining the impact of
proposed changes. You also must be able to consider multiple
viewpoints, such as sales, manufacturing, distribution, when
building a business case and be able to clearly articulate the
variables being considered and the effect of the proposed changes.
You should be comfortable in working with large amounts of both
operational and financial data.You must have a proven ability to
consistently and positively contribute in a high-paced, changing
work environment as well as the ability to prioritize multiple
initiatives and projects and manage work time efficiently. Duties &
Responsibilities:Collaborate with sales and operations teams to
help find ways to create cost-effective business processesGathers
and interprets relevant data (costs, productivity, demand patterns,
etc.)Investigates problems, finds root causes, and develops
solutionsProvides analytical support for projects, new business
opportunities, and proposalsWill document current processes and
future processesWill support in business case developmentWill
support the team in evaluating current and future proposed models,

schedules, hours, etc. Education and Work History:Bachelor's degree
in Logistics, Marketing, Strategy, Business Analytics, Mathematics,
Engineering, or a related fieldProficient in Microsoft Suite:
Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPointExperience:
A minimum of 3 years as an analyst, marketing generalist, logistics
