They possess expertise in handling various components, including ductwork, piping, and electrical systems, to create comfortable and well-functioning environmentsWhy Choose Us?StabilityGrowth opportunitiesCompetitive wagesGenerous benefits packageCompany OutingsTake-home trucksHoliday partiesWhat We Offer:Pay: $25 - $35/hour plus spiffs!Benefits for the Lead HVAC Installer:Health InsurancePTOPaid Holidays401K with company matchTablet Take-home vehicle UniformsResponsibilities for the Lead HVAC Installer:Replace heating, air conditioning, or refrigeration equipment or complete systemsTest electrical circuits and components for continuity, using electrical test equipmentTest pipe or tubing joints and connections for leaks, using a pressure gauge or soap-and-water solutionJoin pipes or tubing to the equipment and to the fuel, water, or refrigerant source to form a complete circuitLay out and connect electrical wiring between the controls and equipment according to the wiring diagramInstall, connect, and adjust thermostats, humidistats, and timersInstall furnaces, heat pumps, and other related appliancesComply with all applicable standards, policies, and procedures, including safety proceduresInspect and test systems to verify compliance with plans and specifications and detect malfunctionsRequirements for the Lead HVAC Installer:Minimum of 4-5 years' experience in Residential HVACRequired: 2 years as a LEAD HVAC InstallerUniversal EPA RequiredOSHA and NATE a Plus!Knowledge of HVAC codes, proper application, and proper electrical and HVAC safetyAbility to lift up to 100 lbs.High school diploma or equivalentAbility to explain technical information to non-technical customers We are an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified candidates will receive consideration for employment.
