Summary:The Production Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day operations of a production facility. This includes planning, organizing, and directing the work of production staff; ensuring that production goals are met; and maintaining quality standards. The Production Supervisor must also be able to troubleshoot problems, resolve conflicts, and motivate employees.LeadershipMicrosoft officeSalary is 70K - 90KResponsibilities:Set daily, weekly, and monthly production goals and communicate them to employees.Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.Oversee and coach employees to ensure that they are meeting production goals and safety standards.Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance.Check production output according to specifications.Submit reports on performance and progress to management.Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements.Train new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures.Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.5+ years of experience in a production environment.Proven ability to lead and motivate employees.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.Benefits:Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Chance to make a significant contribution to the company's success.Challenging and rewarding work.
