Job Description:

--CGRC's IBHS Program (Intensive Behavioral Health Services) is an in-home service that assists children / adolescents and families in addressing behavioral health needs by using strength-based goals and integrating community services. --IBHS is a "wraparound" service in which children are supported at home, at school, and in the community because we believe progress accelerates when the child's entire environment is consistently engaged. --In addition, using proven functional behavioral assessments, we teach children the skills to achieve one's needs in a more positive and age-appropriate manner.If you're looking for the opportunity to share and expand your competencies with providing behavioral health services, IBHS is for you.--Some responsibilities include:

• Provide individualized, one-to-one or group support to children/adolescents with behavioral disorders across all settings (school, home and community).
• Implement individualized behavioral interventions based on the treatment plan goals created by a Behavior Consultant.
• Model behavioral interventions to all other mediators of the plan (i.e. parents, teachers, caregivers), to support the transfer of skills.
• Collect daily data and document each session in progress notes.
• Prompt safe and socially acceptable replacement behaviors in order to build a repertoire of communication, social interaction, and problem solving skills
• Fade prompts appropriately to promote independent use of replacement behaviors.--
• Accurately collect behavior data including: A-B-C, count, frequency, duration, latency, inter-response time, event, and interval based recording.
• Effectively communicate with caregivers and treatment team regarding client progress.
• Collaborate with treatment team including client, parents and caregivers, outside professionals, and supervisor.
• Maintain and acquire technical knowledge by attending required trainings and weekly supervision.
