Responsibilities:

• Assist with the unboxing and re-imaging of new Dell PC desktops and laptops (approx. 650) with the custom Windows 10 image. This will be the primary duty.
• Assist with the unboxing and re-imaging of new and existing Mac laptops, and enrolling new Chromebooks. Have developed custom, semi-automated, step-by-step documentation for re-imaging Macs and enrolling Chromebooks.
• Assist with the physical moving and placement of desktops, laptops, printers, and computer carts.
  Required Experience:
  • Experience with Windows 10.
