In this role you will work as a team to install clean solar energy systems to residential roofing. We need detail oriented,motivated, team players to apply today! -Responsibilities Work alongside an exceptional crew, ensuring that each project is complete to Suntuity/OSHA standards.

Coordinate team scheduling alongside the Install Manager.Layout, Assembly and Installation of Solar Array and Mounting Hardware.Manage crew and ensure the appropriate safety equipment, tools and materials required are present for the completion of the job.Collaborate with our Warehouse Team to pull required materials for each installation job.Provide a great customer experience.Additional duties required as needed.Requirements

Construction/Solar/Roofing Experience:1 year (Preferred)Strong Mechanical Aptitude -Proven experience with leading and developing a team for success. -Ability to safely handle tools and materials such as: ladders, inverters, solar panels, panel boards, batteries, and other similar electrical equipment, lumber, roofing materials, etc.Comfortable working in extreme environments: Hot sun, cold weather, attics.Capable and secure working on rooftops, climbing ladders, stairs, crawl spaces; and performing repetitive duties, including lifting, bending, standing and squatting for long periods of time.Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs while climbing a ladder.Mission oriented and coachable attitude!Valid Drivers License.Compensation: $20/HR and Watt Pay. -Benefits:
