NO TOOLS REQUIRED 1st & 2nd Shift Opportunities Available Pay Rate: $28.00 - $50.00/hr BASED ON EXPERIENCE Part 21 Assembly Work Environment DIRECT HIRE PERKSFull Relocation Package: $12K movement of personal items 30 days paid housing Resettlement allowance bonus Reimbursement for mileage, meals, and housing on relocation trip 100% Company paid benefits for employee and family 401k with company match Sign-on bonus 29 days PTO & Paid Holidays CONTRACT TO HIRE PERKS Daily Per Diem (receive up to $190.64/day in per diem pay) Medical Benefits Paid Vacation Time Paid Sick Time Paid Holidays Responsiblities:-Must be able to assemble, modify, and install wire bundles, conductors and other electrical components.-Clearly document work performed, control equipment status tags, log critical information during installation, verify parts requests, etc.-Read and interpret schematics, assembly drawings, process specifications, wiring diagrams, technical manuals, written instructions, etc.-Must be able to use a variety of manual hand tools such as crimpers, strippers, wire cutters, heat shrink gun, complex, specialized aircraft test equipment, etc.-Needs to effectively communicate, orally and written, with other employees, members of supervision, and others, as required in their duties.-Perform assigned duties on all shifts without encumbrances due to weather or physical location and conditions, also while wearing required safety equipment.Skills and Qualifications:1. HS Diploma or equivalent2. 3 to 5 years of Electrical/Avionic aviation production required3.
