The Maintenance Administrator provides oversite of maintenance activities in an assigned market or region working with vendors and facilities team. -
If you are located in Tampa, FL, you will have the flexibility to work remotely* as you take on some tough challenges. -
Primary Responsibilities:


  • Monitors scheduled maintenance activities in ServiceNow for all WellMed-maintained locations and coordinates with Facilities Maintenance Technicians, Service Vendors, and Property Managers to ensure completion
  • Coordinates with Facilities Maintenance Technicians, Service Vendors, and Property Managers to obtain maintenance records, verify completeness, and file records per policy (electronic and paper)
  • Audits system to verify record storage and retention per compliance requirements (OSHA, Joint Commission, Fire Marshall, etc.)
  • Maintains the Facilities Preventative Maintenance Matrix
  • Maintains policies, procedures, forms, specifications, manuals, etc., for maintenance, ensuring current revisions are available and making updates as needed. Coordinates with ServiceNow Administrator as needed
  • Performs all other related duties as assigned

    • HS Diploma or GED
    • 4+ years of experience in Facilities Operations or Maintenance
    • 2+ years of experience in work management software/applications (i.e. ServiceNow)
    • Intermediate Microsoft Office applications -

      Preferred Qualifications:

      • Maintenance dispatch experience
      • Experience working in a healthcare environment

        Physical & Mental Requirements:

        • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
        • Ability to push or pull heavy objects using up to 50 pounds of force
        • Ability to sit for extended periods of time
        • Ability to stand for extended periods of time
        • Ability to use fine motor skills to operate office equipment and/or machinery
        • Ability to receive and comprehend instructions verbally and/or in writing
        • Ability to use logical reasoning for simple and complex problem solving
