Electrical Engineer for U.S. Navy Degaussing Systems

Philadelphia, PA

Responsibilities:

Position is for a Subject Matter Expert in the area of shipboard degaussing systems to provide engineering services for technical and life cycle support tasks including engineering and design analyses, configuration management, systems engineering, drawing reviews, failure analysis and review boards, ship change document (SCD) development, specification and technical documentation development and reviews, obsolescence, land based test site engineering support, first article testing, system troubleshooting, new-construction trial support, DEPERM and calibration support, logistics support and fleet support coordination.

Requirements:

• Must be a US Citizen with a Secret Security Clearance
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited college or university.
• Two (2) years' experience in engineering systems as related to the area of design and modifications of steam and diesel driven electrical power generation systems and equipment.
