Job Summary
The Sr. Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis will be responsible
for providing financial planning analysis and reporting in support
of the Digital Experience within the Xfinity Growth Innovation &
Experience (XGIE) organization. This role will work closely with
financial and business stakeholders both at HQ and in the Divisions
to increase efficiency and profitability in reporting and analysis
to support growth of the eCommerce sales channel, increase adoption
of Xfinity Order Entry, and track opportunities to increase
unassisted activity and reduce costs to the business. This role
will play a key part in driving subscriber acquisition and provide
real-time improvements to drive optimization and results to drive
the Digital business plan. As this is a highly collaborative role,
the ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and
can successfully partner with other teams across the
organization.
Job Description
Core Responsibilities
Assists in the development of strategic plans for existing, new, or
proposed business operations.
Provides analysis and evaluation of cost/expense problems and
profit improvement opportunities existing within current business
activities.
Recommends changes in analysis and budgetary methods and
procedures; analyzes the impact of various corporate projects and
transactions.
Analyzes and communicates weekly metrics, monthly results,
quarterly and annual projections.
Performs and critiques economic evaluation justifications for
capital expenditures.
Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in
matters of significance.
Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work
nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as
necessary
Additional Job Description
Provide monthly pacing, forecasting and annual budget division
guidance for the digital sales channel which comprises -40% of
total connects
Build annual budget waterfall with key drivers of digital growth,
track budget vs progress, initiatives results, and risks and
opportunities
Analyze new tactics and optimizations implemented into the dotcom
buyflow for return and impact to customer connects
Coordinate with Enterprise Business Intelligence to build reporting
dashboards and views for readouts to leadership
Support unassisted activity reduction with monthly and ad hoc
reporting and analysis

Education
Bachelor's Degree
While possessing the stated degree is preferred, Comcast also may
consider applicants who hold some combination of coursework and
experience, or who have extensive related professional
experience.
