Job Description:
YCS is currently seeking a Maintenance Worker to perform quality
maintenance work in residential facilities, offices and external
infrastructure of the buildings.Not to be limited to; installing,
troubleshooting, repair and maintaining facility equipment
according to local and fire and safety facility
requirements.Perform minor plumbing, painting, carpentry/masonry
work replacing windows, ordering parts supplies and securing
township permits as needed.Hang doors/doorframes, window equipment
from suppliers and provide estimates and repair cost. This position
also includes incidental seasonal tasks such as: minor shoveling,
raking leaves, etc.Schedule:* Full-Time: Mon. - Fri. - 8:00am -
4:00pm* Position requires availability to be On-Call for
emergencies.Requirements:* Valid driver's license* High School
Diploma/Equivalent (GED)* 1-5 years of maintenance/building work
experience
