Services include Management & IT Consulting, Program & Project Management, and Professional & Admin Services.We are recruiting a Financial Systems Analyst I with a Secret Clearance to work 100% onsite at the Philadelphia Navy Yard, in Philadelphia PA. The street address is 5001 S Broad St, Philadelphia, PA 19112.We are seeking a motivated Financial Systems Analyst I with a blend of business and technical knowledge to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with accounting systems and financial software packages to evaluate data. Your responsibilities will include developing accounting reports, updating and maintaining systems, troubleshooting issues, and importing/exporting data files.Responsibilities:Collaborate closely with Naval Sea System Command, Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD), and Fleet organizations to ensure a working knowledge of their processes and requirements.Assist in implementing, maintaining, and supporting software application systems used by Finance and Accounting teams in support for NSWCPD Code 50.Apply your business and technical expertise to analyze and improve processes, metrics, data collection, and database structures.Develop financial management reports and track schedule and cost performance using various tools and databases.Provide timely support for customer inquiries and issues, coordinating with the support teams as needed.Contribute to cross-functional projects by participating in meetings and assisting with project tasks.Collaborate with teams to understand business requirements and contribute to the design of system solutions.Support Process Improvement teams by sharing technical and functional best practices.Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing.Assist in designing training programs and documenting procedures.Provide support and mentorship to junior staff members.Qualifications:Required:Bachelor's degree in finance, computer science, accounting, or a related field.Ideally, three (3) years of experience involving business and technical processes, metrics, data collection, database structures, financial management, financial reports, tracking schedule, and cost performance using tools and databases.Working knowledge of the Naval Sea System Command, Naval Surface Warfare Center, and Fleet organizations.Desired:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Basic knowledge or experience working with financial or accounting systems.Ability to work effectively in a team environment.Good communication and collaboration skills.COMPENSATION.
