Server Analyst

Position Summary:

Under direction of Information Systems management, coordinates the technical project plans, including implementation schedules and resource estimates, for Projects. Leads, coordinates and facilitates multiple business process re-engineering activities to enhance the core information systems and processes. Provides support for computer system operations. Provides support for the Technicians and other staff, including the handling of more advanced troubleshooting and analysis.

Qualifications & Education

Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent field of study, or relevant equivalent work-related education/experience.
Master's degree preferred.

Experience

Proven proficiency with the following hardware and software: Microsoft Windows Server Operating Systems (2008-2022), Microsoft messaging platforms, remote access (Bomgar), PowerShell, Backup solutions (Rubrik), Active Directory, understanding of local and wide area networks, troubleshooting and root cause analysis, system documentation, and system patch management.
Linux, VMware, and Citrix experience preferred

Preferred Technical Certifications: Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), CompTIA Network +, CompTIA Project +, CompTIA Security +, CompTIA Server +. -
