  • Minimum of 2+ years of construction experience.
  • Strong leadership characteristics and exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong computer proficiency.
  • Interface with clients and their representatives to ensure that technical specifications and designs are feasible and consistent with industry standards
  • Developing accurate and complete job estimates
  • Identify project labor, material, and time requirements by reviewing proposals, blueprints, written specifications and related documents
  • Conducts site visits and attend pre-bid meetings to understand the project scope
