If you are located in Arizona, California, Colorado, or Oklahoma, you will have the flexibility to work remotely* as you take on some tough challenges.



Primary Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Work closely with Regional Leadership to achieve outcomes and execute on company goals
  
• Generate recurring excel dashboards, reports, and summaries and fulfill complex ad-hoc research and analytical requests to support the Regional and Market Leadership teams
  
• Identify actionable data-driven insights to facilitate key operational strategic decisions
  
• Craft executive-level presentation materials and use storytelling skills to persuasively communicate recommendations -
  
• Collaborates with shared services and Regional General Manager to implement updated workflow/quality improvement initiatives in the region

  • 2+ years of experience working in a fast-paced business environment with analytical rigor (preferably finance, consulting, or an operational role within a healthcare context)
    
  • Modeling and presentation skills (Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
    
  • Excel skills: Must be proficient aggregating & cleaning data, using advanced formulas, analyzing data to find trends, creating tables/graphs, designing reports for easy absorption by end-users
    
  • Proven excellent problem-solving capabilities and critical thinking skills
    
  • Proven communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to be personable, yet persistent -

      California and Colorado Residents Only: The salary range for California/Colorado residents is $67,800 to $133,100. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
