Job Title: Licensed Project Architect - Healthcare and Higher
EducationJob Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and
experienced Licensed Project Architect with a focus on Healthcare
and Higher Education design to join our team. The successful
candidate will be responsible for leading and coordinating the
design and construction of complex projects in the Healthcare and
Higher Education sectors.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the design process, including conceptual
design, design development, and construction documentation
phases
- Prepare and review architectural drawings, specifications, and
construction documents
- Ensure compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, and
standards
- Conduct research and analysis of applicable design criteria,
zoning regulations, and building codes
- Collaborate with project managers, consultants, and contractors
to ensure successful project delivery
- Lead client presentations and project meetings
- Provide oversight and mentorship to junior staff members
- Conduct construction site visits and review submittals for
compliance with contract documents
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resourcesRequirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Licensed Architect with a minimum of 7 years of experience in
Healthcare and Higher Education design
- Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other related
design software
- Knowledgeable in sustainable design practices and LEED
certification
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet
project deadlines
- Experience working with clients in the Healthcare and Higher
