Fleet Insurance Specialist Hale Trailer Brake & Wheel, Inc is a multi-location, full-service trailer dealership with an immediate opening at its corporate offices in West Berlin, NJ for a Fleet Insurance Specialist. We are looking for a detail oriented administrative professional with experience in insurance that is directly related to the responsibilities of this position. Responsibilities:

• Review Certificates of Insurance to ensure they accurately reflect coverages and policy terms based upon written requests.
• Manage annual renews of certificates on monthly basis.
• Review and research client policies to determine proper limits, coverages, and deductibles.
• Manage & maintain client files in document management system.
• Manage fleet for insurance and multiple other reporting requirements.
• Other tasks as assigned. Requirements:
  • Experience with titles and DMV preferred.
  • Property and/or Casualty license a plus.
  • Notary certification a plus.
  • Must be detail oriented, able to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
  • Must be able to multi-task with excellent organizational skills and within tight deadlines.
  • Must have proficient Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Must present a professional and positive problem-solving attitude, with a commitment to a high level of customer service.
  • Must have excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Must adhere to all Company policies, including safety policies.
  • Must pass a standard pre-employment drug test. EOE-M/F
