Job Description:

Express Employment Professionals is hiring a full-time building maintenance mechanic. The right candidate for this position is experienced, hard-working, and customer service driven with a positive attitude. Must be proficient in general residential and commercial maintenance including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work.Responsibilities: - Perform building maintenance tasks such as carpentry, electrical, heating, ventilation, and air conditions (HVAC), plumbing.Perform general cleaning and other tasks as assigned. - Repair and install new locks, prepare all necessary keys, and provide keys to tenants. - Touch up painting and drywall patching as needed.Requirements - High school education or GED required - Reliable vehicle with current registration, proof of insurance, and valid driver's license - 3-5 years of experience in a service-oriented position or environment - 4-5 years "hands on" maintenance experience in the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of building mechanical and electrical systemsJob Type: Full-time- Monday - Friday- 8am - 5PMJob Type: Full-timeSalary: $27.00 - $29.00 per hourBenefits:
