Monday-Friday Schedule with On-Call Responsibilities
$50,000-80,000 Salary Range
Job Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Assume administrative authority, responsibility and accountability for supervising and directing maintenance department
  
• Develop and implement repair and maintenance schedules for all areas of facility and grounds
  
• Supervise schedules for repair and maintenance contractors
  
• Participate in facility inspections and develop a plan of correction for Maintenance Services deficiencies noted
  
• Ensure that supplies are requested, approved, and ordered according to policy.
  
• Maintains building appearance and accessibility for residents and staff
  
  Qualifications:
  
  • 
    
  • 1 year's supervisory experience required. Previous long-term care experience is desirable.
    
  • Technical expertise (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and structural knowledge)
    
  • Ability to make independent decision when circumstances warrant action
    
  • Ability to deal tactfully with personnel, resident, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the public
    
  • Is flexible and always willing to go the extra mile
    
  • Follow procedures and safety precautions
    
  • Possess excellent leadership and communication skills
