Systems Technician
**This position is located at the airport in Philadelphia PA with primary office hours M-F, 8-5.
After initial training, schedule could include Night & Weekends**

• 
  
• Requires a minimum of a high school diploma.
  
• Experience and training in customer service.
  
• A minimum of two years' experience performing bench-level preventive hardware maintenance, replacement, and repair (to sub-assembly/component level) of computer terminals, microprocessor components, peripherals and associated/designated communications and information systems equipment.
  
• A minimum of one years' experience working in a technical hardware or software support role.
  
• Proven ability to use hand tools, small power tools, and test equipment.
  
• Knowledge and/or experience with test equipment to diagnose and analyze difficulties and to troubleshoot hardware, software and/or network operating issues.
  
• Ability to work well independently as well as effectively as part of a team.
  
• Ability to complete work assignments with a limited degree of supervision.
  
• Demonstrated skills sufficient to maintain productivity in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Willingness to learn and use new Parking Revenue Control Systems (PRCS) programs and applications.
  
• Ability to work accurately under pressure of deadlines with frequent interruptions.
  
• Familiarity with preventative maintenance services using established standard operating procedures (Preventative Maintenance Schedule & Checklist).
  
• Ability to lift or move equipment/materials weighing up to 50 pounds, with or without accommodation.
  
• Willingness to work in outside (parking lot/deck) environments including during inclement weather when necessary.
  
• Knowledge of standards and requirements as they relate to working in a PCI-DSS controlled environment.
