• A Bachelor's Degree or Advanced Degree in Engineering;
• A PE License with 10 to 15 years of directly applicable experience, and increasing levels of Responsible Design Team Leadership;
• Operating Knowledge of AutoCAD and REVIT software;Certification in LEED, Certified Energy Management, Building System Commissioning and Verification ExperiencePosition Guide Building Services Design Engineering, and Technical Discipline Leadership focused on Electrical Power; Lighting; Life Safety; Fire Alarm; Emergency Power Generation; and Construction Administration; BIM; renewable energy; energy conservation; energy assessments; economic analysis of design alternatives; facility assessments and planning.
