Job Description:

Serac is looking for talented engineers and consultants to join our growing Manufacturing Systems practice!In this role, you will support a critical Manufacturing Execution System (MES) for our premier pharmaceutical client. You will actively engage with members of the R&D and clinical trials organizations to ensure system reliability and maximum productivity. This position will be full-time onsite at the client's Lansdale, PA facility.This role will include:

• Providing front-line support for systems issues and questions -- including POMS MES, Loftware Label Printing, and WebSphere Data Interfaces.
• Investigating and resolving hardware issues -- including weighing, label printing, barcode scanning, and MES workstation related problems.
• Responding to end-user questions regarding functionality and common workarounds.
• Communicating and coordinating with internal groups for issues such as network connectivity, terminal server outages, etc.
• Assisting with computer system validation and documentation.Knowledge of POMS MES is helpful but not required.Experience with Java Script, SAPUI5, and/or Microsoft Power Apps is a plus since you may be asked to assist with other Serac initiatives.Come join an exciting team and help us solve client issues where others have failed!
