Job Overview
Under broad guidance, ensures integrity of production environment by conducting quality assurance reviews in a multi-platform environment. Must have the ability to write and execute SQL compliant queries for MS SQL Server as well as develop SSIS/DTSX packages to manipulate relational tables. Maintains contact with the internal teams in order to facilitate a positive and productive long-term relationship. Ensures report maintenance fulfillment to specifications. Lastly, communicates with offshore resources responsible for writing queries to fulfill requests.
Essential Functions
--- Responsible for understanding client requirements and fulfilling OneKey client data extracts--- Writes and executes SQL compliant queries for Microsoft SQL Server--- Develops SSIS DTSX packages for ETL data manipulation and automation of data extracts--- Participates on stand-up calls for OneKey implementation to understand and scope out the request--- Ensures, through review and verification, the deliverable meets the clients specifications accurately and timely with set SLAs---Subject Matter Expert of OneKey Relational data (tables, joins, keys, etc.) and automation technology--- Researches, analyzes and responds to client data inquiries which may be complex and non-routine--- Documents and maintains SOP documentation meeting ISO compliance--- Participates on trainings and adapts data extract methodology for new product offerings--- Supports with migrations of client packages for seamlessly transition to upgraded server environments--- Maintains contact with the internal teams to facilitate a positive and productive long-term relationship
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree Required in a relevant field (Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, etc.)- Four (4) years of experience working with ETL process is required- Flexibility to work within multiple projects independently and as part of a team- Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and experience with other Microsoft applications- Maintains contact with the internal teams in order to facilitate a positive and productive long-term relationship-Understanding of relational database concepts (tables, indexes, joins, keys, etc)-Ability to write, tune and execute ANSI SQL compliant queries-Ability to comprehend business rules and translate them to proper SQL queries-Knowledge of MS SQL Server and SSIS/DTSX package development is highly desirable-Proficiency in verbal and written communication, and analytical/problem solving skills.-Ability to deal with all levels within the organization and effectively presents issues and alternatives.-Ability to proactively identify complex problems and needs and develop solutions/recommendations to solve problems.
