Job Description:

Provides pest control services by placing pest control materials; conducting inspections; resolving customer dissatisfactions. - MUST BE LICENSED IN CORE, 7A, 7B - and willing to acquire new licenses as needed.Duties: - * Evaluates pest control situation by inspecting conditions; identifying new infestations and determining causes; analyzing treatment, prevention, and exclusion options.* Places pest control materials by determining appropriate bait, including gels, dust, granules, and liquids; applying pest control materials to interior and exterior. Perform perimeter treatments with power spraying equipment. Able to perform mosquito and tick control with backpack powermister weighing approx. 40 pounds when full. Knowledge of wildlife removal a plus. Must be able to climb ladders to a minimum of 30 feet. Knowledge of bird and bat control also a plus. Willing to work in snow management division operating a snow plow on truck, quad with plow, snow blower, salter and limited shoveling. - -* Presents new service proposals by explaining provisions and options.* Collects revenue by obtaining service verifications.* Completes records by entering required information.* Maintains quality results by adhering to company standards.* Maintains safe work habits by following company standards. -* Resolves customer dissatisfactions by investigating complaints; identifying solutions.* Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading technical publications.* Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.*Able to perform thorough termite inspections in a variety of conditions- crawlspaces, basements etc. -*Experience in being able to sell to new commercial accounts Skills/Qualifications:Customer Service, Customer Focus, Decision Making, Documentation Skills, Supply Management, Verbal Communication, Listening, Informing Others, Attention to Detail, Attendance, Job Knowledge, Motivation for sales, Self-confidence.
