What You Will Be Doing

--This is a Hunter role--

Working within our Energy Services division, you will be responsible for identifying new construction contracting and service opportunities within the greater Philadelphia area. The Sales Executive should have experience in all aspects of the industry including contractor and owner direct sales. The candidate must have extensive experience in both the plan and spec and design build markets

Responsibilities

  • Learn building automation lines that we represent and communicate our value proposition to owner customers
  • With our energy services team, perform analysis of utility bills and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Leverage existing accounts and establish relationships at director and executive levels to develop projects
  • Develop rapport and trust with end users. With focus on construction managers, engineers, mechanical contractors with data center expertise.
  • Work closely with operations and service departments to develop analytics packages for customers
  • Sell service agreements to new customers and identify system enhancements and new projects.
  • Meet assigned expectations for profitability.
    What You Need for this Position

    Must Have
    • BS in related field OR equivalent professional experience
    • 4+ years of account management/sales experience --This is a hunter role--
    • Experience with the HVAC/Building Automation (BAS) industry
    • Knowledge of building automation systems
      Nice To Have
      • Tridium or Alerton controls experience
