Client DetailsOur client is a premier commercial construction and property maintenance company that handles all aspects of construction and maintenance needs. DescriptionAssist with troubleshooting and repairs of buildings and installed systems to include: plumbing, roofs, gutters, drains, doors, electrical and lighting, shop and grounds equipment, HVAC, and more* Perform repairs or replacements to building finishes such as ceilings, drywall, flooring systems, door and window hardware, locks, fixtures, lighting, and other interior finishes as needed* Perform light carpentry, painting, scraping, and pressure washing* Perform miscellaneous plumbing and electrical work as needed* Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems, have familiarity with building automation systems* Troubleshoot, evaluate, and make recommendations to upgrade maintenance operations and/or * Inspect buildings, grounds and equipment for unsafe or malfunctioning conditions, perform preventative maintenance, etc. * Perform outdoor maintenance such as gutter cleaning and snow removal as needed* Respond immediately to emergency situations and customer service requests as assigned. Profile* 2+ years of related experience in a commercial property setting* Technical, vocational or on-the-job training in at least one of the following areas: HVAC, electrical, mechanical, process controls, plumbing, carpentry* Possess and maintain a valid driver's license and good driving record with periodic checks Job Offer* Competitive compensation based on experience* Medical / Dental / Vision benefits* Pay for performance culture
