This is that place Our Fulfillment Center in Bethlehem, PA is pumped to share the amazing perks we're offering to our Seasonal Associates: On-the-clock bonus End-of-season bonus Conversion bonus Earn $15.75/hour and up to $860 in bonuses Come join our fast-paced, friendly environment As a Seasonal Warehouse Associate in a Walmart Fulfillment Center, you'll find a friendly, team-oriented culture in a clean, safe, and climate-controlled environment You could be placed in one of our three different functions: Inbound, Outbound or Unloader/Loader or could be cross-trained to work across multiple areas, as needed. You could find yourself performing a number of different roles related to material handling; such as packing, orderfilling, loading, and more; but no matter which role you find yourself in quality assurance, orderliness, and productivity will be expected. You must also be prepared to lift up to 60 pounds, but know most freight will weigh less than 25 pounds. Completes work assignments and priorities Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity Performs Loader duties as assigned bymoving and loading freight manually, as well as Performs Orderfiller/Breakpack duties as assigned Performs Packer duties as assigned Bonuses are earned, not guaranteed. You must satisfactorily complete the duration of peak season and meet satisfactory attendance criteria. Conversation to regular full-time is not guaranteed and dependent on headcount availability and performance.
