The College of Liberal Arts is home to 35 undergraduate majors, 32
minors, 23 certificate programs and 15 graduate degree programs.

The College of Liberal Arts is committed to hiring and developing
administrative staff who want to work in a high performing culture
that supports the outstanding work of our faculty and students. The
Faculty Affairs office, a unit within the College of Liberal Arts
Deans office, provides support for approximately 400 full-time and
300 part-time faculty. Work is performed with some independence
under the supervision and direction of the Director of Faculty
Affairs. This role will perform crucial to the success of Faculty
Affairs, such as detailed faculty personnel records and files,
database management, faculty hiring, promotion and tenure, merit,
faculty awards, study leaves, and other faculty related processes.
Other duties besides these will be assigned by the Director of
Faculty Affairs and the Senior Associate Dean for Faculty Affairs
and Research. Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Education & Experience:
Bachelor's Degree and at least 2 years of directly related
experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience
may be considered.
Required Skills & Abilities:
*Excellent attention to detail and excellent organizational

faculty, senior administrators and staff.
