The preferred schedule is Monday, Wednesday and Friday; 12:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. Grandparents care for the children on Tuesdays and Thursdays however if a nanny wanted more hours the family could make the schedule Monday-Friday or extend the 3 days to 10am-530 p.m. Job related duties include full childcare, driving to/from school and activities (nanny to use her own car and be reimbursed for driving), keep children and common areas tidy, laundry for the children and run/empty the dishwasher. The best candidate for the job has infant and preschool experience, can make a long term commitment to a part-time position and is pet friendly (family has one dog in the home). In addition to $16-$20 per hour gross (BEFORE TAXES) the nanny will receive 2 weeks paid vacation (coordinated with family plans) and major holidays paid if they fall on a work day. Eligible candidates must be able to provide proof of legal work status in the US, if hired. Must have verifiable childcare experience with checkable references and must be infant/child CPR & First Aid Certified or willing to get within 6 weeks of employment.
