Blow Mold Operator Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Blow Mold Operator to join our team at Dairy Farmers of America. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining blow mold equipment, ensuring efficient production and high-quality products.Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and operate blow mold equipment, performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting tasks as needed.
• Process finished or raw materials, adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and quality control standards.
• Communicate effectively with production team members and other departments to ensure smooth operations and meet daily deadlines.
• Collaborate with colleagues to resolve operating issues and improve production efficiency.Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of blow mold equipment and production processes.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
