Job Description:

Seeking compassionate individuals to provide assistance to residents in the Memory Care Program with daily living activities, promoting dignity and quality of life.

Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Provide kind, caring, and consistent companionship and support to residents.
  
• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility.
  
• Participate in and lead one on one and group activities.
  
• Serve residents during mealtime and assist with memory care laundry and basic housekeeping.
  
  
  Requirements:
  
  • 
    
  • Experience working with seniors with dementia, including participation in activities.
    
  • Acceptable proficiency in English to perform job duties and communicate with colleagues.
    
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Outlook, Excel, and Word.
    
  • Ability to make independent decisions and solve practical problems.
